The over-sized spatula/cleaver combo has a sharp edge for cutting and plenty of room to flip, fold and serve. It is very sharp, scary sharp. The tongs are a little longer than the spatula and also include a hanger.

The cuisinart tongs are sturdy enough to handle thick steaks. The tongs work great for grilling and flipping both heavy and light. The perforated tongs have a precision point and easily lock in place.

These are hefty, heavy, stainless steel multipurpose tools. They just feel very well crafted. Have a sturdy width without a lot of weight, but function well at working a safe distance from the flames.

Finish is superb and will prob. Be very heavy duty and good quality. Easy to hang on my tactical apron.
