Pros

The purpose of buying an enamel skillet is to not have to worry about rust. This pan is perfect for eggs and omelettes, but a bit too small for large meals. Looking for enameled cast iron skillet.

Very durable and well suited for my new glasstop electric stove. It's not overly heavy and appears well-made. The pour spouts are a plus.

Cleans like a dream. Can soak it in water with no ill effects. Occasional subborn burnt on stains can be safely removed with comet powder. According to the enclosed instructions it is dishwasher safe.

The provencial blue is very nice. It adds character to it though. Love the country blue color. Very nice. Thank you for quality and service.

Stovetop to oven - easy to turn out onto plate. Easy to clean and heats perfectly. Cooks great, cleans up easily.
