Everything sticks to it while cooking, not what i expected from a cuisinart product. La description est habile and peut sous-entendre que la poêle est émaillée à l'intérieur, ce n'est pas le cas.

I washed it by hand after use but one reason i ordered this other than the looks and a reputable brand cuisinart was the fact that it is dishwasher safe despite being cast iron

Concerning the non stick factor i have not had time to test it extensively i can say vegetables dont stick to it even with little butter

I also have cooked perogies gnocchi and they also did not stick
