Pros & Cons
Pros
It has all the features an enameled cast iron dish should have. The enamel on this dutch oven seems to be of superior quality than my lagostina. A great casserole overall.
It rivals le creuset in construction while only being marginally heavier and at a fraction of the cost. It is sturdy, great capacity and i just love the colour.
The size is perfect for making double batches of things like stew, spaghetti sauces and soups. Good sized eyelets for holding the pot even with gloves. The only con is the lid.
The handles are ample and it's very wide allowing me to sear/brown a lot of meat at once. This cookware performs just like my parents used to rave on about but looks 1000 times better. Two of these pieces in other sizes have performed flawlessly.
It is easy to clean in hot soapy water. Sometimes i need to use a simple dish brush or plastic scouring pad for baked on food. I've found that soaking the cookware in water for 15 minutes makes everything easier.

Providing you're cooking with it properly, nothing sticks that you don't want to stick and it cleans up like new every time.
Its quite heavy, but the handles are large enough to make lifting in and out of the oven manageable.

Cooks evenly and the price was great.
This is the best value for your money.
Le creuset will always be the cadillac of cast iron cookware but at the price point of close to $600+ its quite price tag.

Packaging/appearance
This was a christmas gift and she said it was exactly what she wanted
Competitiveness
For the price this is fantastic and similar to those french brands which cost an arm and a leg.
This was the best economical option recommended on america's test kitchen vs the expensive french alternative.

However there are a few small chips and dings mostly around the lid or on the lid edge which is unfortunate but doesnt affect anything about function i have to assume that would be the case with any of these type of heavy cookware
