It works great, easy to work and i love having the option to make one cup or a pot.
It is the best coffee i have ever made.
The product support is no help for the leaking from the carafe lid when pouring.
About a week ago the one cup side stopped working i did everything to try to fix it.

This is a great coffee maker at a great price!
Additionally, it can be found on amazon for $50 less than it goes for in local retail stores!
Good value for price and a good product overall.

When i first got this coffee pot the pod side didn’t work

After some research i found that i needed to push the reset button manually because it didn’t reset on its own

Before purchasing this coffee maker i read the reviews and saw the issue people were having with the pods exploding but i chose to purchase it anyhow when i first set it up and made the 1st coffee using the pod it did explode and made a huge mess so i cleaned it up and tried again
