Pros

The bagel and reheat options are also very useful. Never had a 4 slice before.

It's worth the cons for the quality of toasting. What could be better on this toaster is the crumb catch, which isn't very effective.

Great product. A cancel button is a fairly new item, for me anyway, an absolute must.

Cons

Why would something like this be shipped with a piece of paper for packaging? It makes for an awkward arrangement on the counter. Design flaw in the lever that raises the bread when done. Plus now the bread is really dried out.

This toaster isn't safe to use. The heating element is designed to fail. Pressing down the toasting mechanism requires a good amount of strength.

It toasts one side too much, the other not enough. The toasting is very uneven along the length of the bread. Bread on the edges is burnt and the center is barely toasted at all.

Update: this same thing happened with the replacement model sent by cuisinart.

It's worth the cons for the quality of toasting, however.
