It has a 4 slot toaster and it toasts well. The only copmplaint is that it takes 1 toasting cycle for it to warm up. It works fine, but is not that easy to clean or remove pieces of toasted crumbs.

The only small downside is that the surface reflects every fingerprint so i tend to move it carefully to keep the toaster beautiful in appearance. Cuisinart meets all of these at an affordable price.

Inconsistent toast color. First time down defrosted but no color. It's either under toasted or burned. The darkest setting is 7, which will only lightly toast standard white bread.

This toaster has the same toasting problems as a $15 toaster. You won't get a toaster that cooks bread any worse than the cheapest one.

The piece closest to the camera is the left side catch. Cuisinart obviously has some manufacturing or design defect that's causing this. The designers of this toaster need to go back to the drawing board for this model.

While not in use and plugged in, it makes a horrible sizzling/buzzing sound. It also beeps insanely loud, twice, when it’s done. It makes a high pitched whistle noise forever until it is unplugged.
