The only complaint was the the supplied bolts were too short but after replacing them with new stainless steel metric bolts from home depot the rack stayed in place and all of our new pots are hanging over the stove

It also does not hang very low unless you buy something to lower it we made a chain with shooksprobably 68 shooks on each side 1416 in all and i have 9foot ceilings

We ordered a different rack at first and had to return it because the size was too big and could not be attached to the joists

I do agree however that the unit would be a bit safer if the grate was fastened onto completely and not merely sitting on top of four bolts
