Pros

Best part is that the cord is retractable. Includes a stainless steamer, rice cup, and spatula. All stainless from a reputable brand.

Made a perfect pot of nicely fluffed rice. Beautiful product worthy of countertop space.

Its too late to return, so just ended up trashing it. Unbelievably shoddy work all round.

The aroma and flavor are muted from the lack of moisture *. Not even an estimated cook time.

The first issue i have is how messy it is. Not even a banana makes it better. It is but functionality wise?

Love this rice maker, it's a great, nice size, and the rice cooks in no time.

The product was functioning for one week and failed, one temperature fuse was damage i did change it and the item is back to cook.

That process requires 4 weeks on keep warm setting.

Hope it lasts a while, i'll say "it's worth the spend.
