Pros & Cons
Pros
The pot rack looks great over my sink and frees up space in my small kitchen. This rack is sturdy and very well made.
This hanger is very sturdy. I have it fastened to the wall very secure in studs.
The curvature makes it easy to hang pots. No more fishing around to hanging pots with the s shaped hooks. To be comfortable i add locking nut with lock washer as certain other customer did.
Cons
In it's packaged form this thing is flat out dangerous. Our joists are not 16 inches apart. I still really want this pot rack to work out but it's super discouraging.
I was dissappointed with these pot hanger hooks. The shape of the pot hook is too open and did not have the back bend pictured. The bend that goes over the rack is very wide, between 1/2 to 3/4 making it fit very loose. These are not the hooks feature... Read More
This product has a noticeable problem wih the finish in the front of the piece. It amazes me that they haven't caught on to this and fixed it - especially being a large, reputable company.
Highlights
Quality
Very sturdy and easy to i stall.
It’s sturdy and with the four bolts it will never fall down (i hung it from a beam).
From the flimsy rim, poor design, and worst of all, drywall anchors!
Lately i’ve been finding a lot of poorly made products that i end up sending back.
Price
This rack was well worth the price.
It's worth paying a little more for this rack.
I had to get a handyman to install so it was an additional cost, but it was worth it!
It is more expensive, but well worth it.
Shipping
They came quick, but they all came bent!
Packaging/appearance
Looked lots of racks of it’s kind.
Hooks in photo are nowhere near as easy to hook to as the ones the came with the rack, i'm still hoping to find the originals.
Competitiveness
I had the standard "s" hooks on my last pot rack and they are incredibly lame in comparison.
I prefer this style (curved away from the wall) as opposed to the bar style.

The only space i had open was over a window and the 3334 bar style rack ended up fitting chefs kiss perfectly
