Pros

Not great in smaller pans to flip things, but works well even for eggs over easy in larger pans. Holds up to the dishwasher really well. It's as expected although i expected a smoother surface but this surface is easier to grip.

Really like this pasta scooper. I make my own primitive shirataki noodles, and the last step is to simmer them in water. It seems sturdy, heatproof, and does not store water in its handle.

Cons

The handle on this spoon is so heavy that, left to its own devices, it catapults anything less dense than iron ore all over the kitchen. The pasta server came broken. No more nylon for me. Smoke point for bacon is 350 degrees.
