This is really nice. In that same vein, it's also quite shiny. It's made beautifully.

The slotted spoon can also be used as a cat litter sifter. Only criticism is i was hoping for a deeper spooning for more product quantity.

Handle is very comfortable to hold. Easily lifts heavy meats, etc out of my cooking pot. Works well for my morning omelettes! But handle gets slippery.

This skimmer has no pesky crevices to scrub out. It cleans up easily in the dishwasher. Feels great in the hand, easy to clean and does eggs very well.

For the price it’s really a very nice utensil. Large and probably would have fairly limited tabletop applications. We keep it in a crock with other kitchen tools so it takes up a bit more space.

A previous reviewer said this product is probably a counterfeit knock off of the cuisinart item. It is stamped with caphalon on it. Returned for token refund.

The slotted spoon itself looks like it was stuck on the thing. Design is curved and super awkward and slippery to hold while stirring or scooping. Less than a year later, the handle is full of water that seeps out slowly.

Buyer beware. It is incredibly awkward to use.
