Pros
Removable drip tray allows for taller than normal travel mugs. Coffee stays hot up to 4 hours and taste still is good. Love the fact that there is no glass carafe.
Simple to use, easy to clean and no glass decanters to replace. Cleaning is a little more work on this machine because there's coffee stored in a dispenser, but overall not bad. The removable water and coffee reservoirs are easy to remove and clean.
Cons
The heater element heats up but the water does not leave the tank and get heated and poured over the coffee grounds. The water dispenser is temperamental to put in place each day. We own several cuisinart devices but i think this will be the last.

Quality
Makes a great cup of coffee and is so nice with the dispenser.
Love the fact that this does not have a pot sitting on a burner with the coffee cooking all day.

It took a long time to find a replacement for my 15 year old same model and brand that still works but because of salt air the metal components are starting to rust like everything metal here

The inside reservoir should be cleaned thoroughly each time you made fresh coffee otherwise the oils and reside will build up and cause the spring under the reservoir to clog up

We like flavor but find coffee doesnt stay hot for second cups

Also power cord is shorter than the previous model and creates placement issues ie steam on cupboards and can be precariously close to edge of island when plugged in

Lost one star because plastic lid for water reservoir chipped first time i dropped it and it will get a ground stuck in the spring loaded dispenser at some point and drip the entire pot of coffee all over the counter

But i forgave it since in under 15 min i had another pot of coffee ready after cleaning out the errant ground
