It brews quickly and produces decent coffee. It has the pour before it's done brewing feature. Coffee warranty department.

Thermal carafe leaks when pouring. Three weeks in it began */thumping loudly during the entire brewing time. Two in a row spells a serious problem.

Filter overflows, basket overflows and it overflows into the water storage. When you open the top condensation drips off onto the counter. No window to see how many cups of water are in the machine at any given time.
