Cons
Plastic for securing blades into place is dreadful. Stress points in the plastic are just prone to crack. A blade mechanism must be entirely made of a premium rust proof stainless steel.
Tried several outlets, no go. This is very disturbing & poor customer service. The warranty link on this page is broken too.
The toaster oven only pureed the onions. It only chop and purée, no slicing or shredding. I have to use a funnel to pour butter into it for a crust.
Cleaning the narrow * is also difficult.

However i have low vision and while im familiar with these types of tools i had a horrible time getting it to go and getting the top off and back in the right position i like to never got the plastic out of the drip portion on the top

And i simply hate clear embossed lettering on transparent plastic
