Pros

The programmable function is really great. Very durable. Overall seems to be working fine, despite being refurbished.

Cons

The built-in grinder is not the convenience you'd think it would be. Not all the ground coffee is transferred to the brewing basket each time it grinds. Do yourself a favor and buy the nongrinding version for a good deal less.

This is the second refurbished item i have purchased and so far i cannot see any difference in the quality or function.

I was looking for a thermal pot with the grinding feature and this appears to have it all.

Packaging/appearance

The only thing not included was the gold reusable filter, which they informed me about in packaging.
