The coffee pours out of the pot without spilling around. It's been easy to maintain cleanliness inside, with minimal coffee grounds buildup. Except now i think the plastic is smoother and easier to clean.

It's a bit inconvenient, but it's surely more convenient than cranking a hand grinder. The only drawback is that you cannot adjust the grind size to your preference.

It’s open to the filter so the condensation builds up in it turning into a muddy mess after every pot. It needs to be soaked up with paper towel as it has no drain. When using fresh ground beans always have lot of 'coffee sludge in bottom of cup.

The design and function is down right horrendous. The description says this machine is compatible with keurig pods but it's not. The only adjustment is the size of cup you want, but all the sizes taste the same and are all with little variation.
