When it first arrived i thought it was already used because it smelt of ground beans then i realised that its just from being extensively tested as the manual says

You have to manually tell the machine how much water you want in a cup then you can change the ratio of milk to coffee

I have used a mixture of beans and ground coffee be warned thought

Only put the ground coffee in when you want to make a drink i left some in ready for the next morning and it got blocked

Personally i find that using a small plastic milk bottle from the fridge next to it is just as handy and uses even less space

My biggest gripe is the length of time the machine takes
