Pros

Very nicely made. Works fine on our current gas cooktop. All of my cookware is now stainless steel, or cast iron. The saucepan is well-constructed and well-designed.

If you have any wrist weakness issues you may want to forgo the triple clad as it does have some heft to consider. Otherwise it is a superior pot that heats foods evenly from top to bottom. My only complaint is that the handle's a bit narrow for my (a... Read More

I like the superior quality and it's easy to cleanand i love it

Even heat, beautiful finish, and thick metal.

I specifically wanted: stainless steel, aluminum-clad sides, not disc bottom, tri-ply, not china.

Love the quality and the easy cleaning but a little heavy.

Price

Very expensive but worth it this cookware is constructed very well.

I wish i could replace all of the old china pieces i have but the cost is very high.

I spent a lot of time studying various pot types and brands and models, and believe dollar-for-dollar, these are the best.

There are some pots which are more expensive (but no better).

It turns out that, for cuisinart, the digits after the dash in the model name is the inside diameter of the pot in cm.
