Pros & Cons
Pros
Cuisinart never disappoints. Feels well made. Very classy.
The french classic is almost double the thickness of the hard anodized. The tri-ply pans are more more expensive than the bottom-clad.
The high walls and curved handle are built to ease the flipping of food. With use, your hand develops callouses and strength so that ceases to be a problem. They also feel better in the un-calloused hand, no cutting!
Cons
Everything sticks to it. Threw it away after 1 use. Oh wait, it has lifetime warranty -- i exchange it for another piece of junk that can't fry an egg.

Price
Lower cost, beautiful, easy, to clean, and cuisinart non-stick, which previous experience says should last.

Decent pan for a decent price without the risks non-stick pans come with.
Shipping
Exactly what i wanted and it arrived on time.
