Pros

The craftsmanship is unbelievable. These are sooooo much better than any other pans i've ever used. In the same line with all cad quality and durability.

They come out light and fluffy with nothing stuck to the pan. It retains just enough stick to get that fond your are aiming for. And it cleans-up easily. Soak pan for a little while, then clean with non-scratch cleanser.

The design is timeless and classy. Full 3-ply construction where the interior of the pan is stainless steel. It's amazing and the finish outshines some of my jewelry.

Cuisinart's best stainless cookware. But, for me, the important thing is what comes out on the plate.

Best part has to be the evenness of heating. On my induction cooker, this pan heats evenly, and faster than gas.

Price

For the price ($66) i decided to give it a go and i sure am glad i did.

While they make some lovely pans, i wanted to spend less than $75.

Packaging/appearance

It looks so nice and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

The cuisinart with its import from france of this pan,is in the same line with all cad quality and durability.

I looked at pans from other brands including all-clad.

I've used other stainless pans by other makers in the past that did not work out well.

I found that cuisinart offers a few different lines and the french classic line is full three ply.
