Pros & Cons
Pros
These are by far the nicest pans i have ever owned. The pan is made in france, thoughtfully (except for edge) designed and finished. Not as versatile as a larger frying pan, but it's perfect for 3 fried eggs at a time.
The induction cooktop heats them fast. They heat evenly and hold the heat. This is the learning curve anyone would need to go through when moving to high performance triple clad cookware.
They wash beautifully, fantastic head distribution. They come out sparkling from the dishwasher.
Size easily lends itself to smaller volume contents without sacrificing utility. Like all manufacturers, the skillets are measured across the top of the rim.
Cons
Buyers should beware.
Cuisinart is now owned by conair - a huge mega corporation diversified across consumer products - no longer a trusted kitchen appliance/cookware mfr. I suspect this may be another counterfeit item sold by amazon.
Other than the whisk and blender, all utensils are silicone. The pans - particularly the stainless - are agonizingly difficult to wash. The stainless pans scratch very easily. I am not sure whether this issue is due to dishwasher detergents.
Highlights
Quality
I own close to the entire set and i'm very satisfied with the price to performance ratio.
Good thick walls, solid build quality, and works great on induction.
Quality cookware needs to be used at low to medium heat on a gas burner or you will get sticking.
The flat portion of the pan is about 5 1/2 inches, with the sides curving upwards.
Price
A good piece but overpriced, i guess everything is expensive now, this was not worth the price.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was strong and ensured they arrived damage free.
Competitiveness
Well made, reasonable price compared to competitors, looks great, cooks fantastic!
I have all-clad cookware and bought this cuisinart 1 quart saucepan to go with my collection.
In addition to the set i bought a 4qt.
I’m no chef or anything but if you own any all-clad cookware, you may or may not hate the handles as much as i do.

One thing to note that can happen to all stainless cookware if a red and blue discoloration appears simply use a small amount of white vinegar and that discoloration will disappear
