Pros

These are by far the nicest pans i have ever owned. Rivets large and handles excellent. Easy to handle, cleans up beautifully.

The induction cooktop heats them fast. Heat distribution in all pieces is excellent allowing even cooking. Handles and lids get hot.

No issues with clean up at all.

Cons

The pan was loosen inside the box, because there were no protection/air bubble/craft paper to protect the pan. They say they can substitute warranties, but this one is worthless.

While the weight and stainless steel finish on this pan is top quality, the coating is not! This is potentially dangerous because we have been ingesting the metal that got into the food. Doing so causes iridescent discoloration (which can be removed).... Read More

The bottom of the 5. Saucepan was visibly bowed up about 3. The saucepan is only 4 1/2 deep by 7 across the opening. You aren't supposed to use high burner heat with the pans.

I own close to the entire set and i'm very satisfied with the price to performance ratio.

They are awesome and on par with the best .

Be aware - the measurements they quote for the pot are wrong.

A good piece but overpriced, i guess everything is expensive now, this was not worth the price.

Shipping

Boiling happens quick in these so can’t wait to see how fast with induction.

Packaging/appearance

The cookware was very well protected in its packaging inside its box then inside an additional box.

These can go from stovetop to table without issue, and they look as good now as the day they came out of the box.

I suspected as much becausei was trying to replace a 4.

Competitiveness

This is a great pan and comparable to all-clad d3, but the handle is not flush with the pan.

In addition to the set i bought a 4qt.

I owned all-clad ltd for 10 years, but its exterior failed and i got rid of it.

I’m no chef or anything but if you own any all-clad cookware, you may or may not hate the handles as much as i do.
