Pros

Cuisinart 8” fry pan is just great for what i wanted it to use it for. Mine is a good 5 years old with daily frying.

Cons

The tramontina pan is not non-stick. Temperature control is impossible with a gas stove and nearly impossible on an electric stove. We use all green cleaning products in our house and nothing works.

After about 4 uses it fully lost all of it's slickness. It’s a shame to add to the ever growing trash pile of rotating products made cheaply and knowingly by manufacturers.

This is the worst cookware i have ever used. For less oil/healthy eating just get teflon. I love cuisinart products but this pan is awful.
