Pros
The ceramic holds up well for this type of cleaner. It is almost fun to fry. It heats evenly, feels heavy and the handle feels solid.
Cons
Tramontina pan sits flat on the stove, and it was non-stick with eggs for a few weeks. Temperature control is impossible with a gas stove and nearly impossible on an electric stove. Green cleaning products in our house and nothing works.
The other two are not greengourmet but are from the slightly more expensive chef's classic line, also carried by amazon. For less oil/healthy eating just get teflon. I love cuisinart products but this pan is awful.
The skillet is received is not a inch it measures 6 3/4 on the bottom, the top flares out and is inches useless. Now replacing it with a more durable skillet and it's even worse. Many other reviewers have had this problem as well.

Excellent quality and very comfortable to use.
This is a quality pan, that is easy to use.
The dutch oven and 3-quart pan- the handles get very hot if you are on a large gas burner and the fire is spread out underneath.
Never once did it fail not to be non-stick!
Price
For under 30 bucks the best non-stick pan i own.
Shipping
The cookware was received on time and was really well packaged.
It was slightly damaged in shipping, but so far it doesn’t interfere with cooking.
Packaging/appearance
The product packaging says: "can be used in the oven up to 400 degrees f.
Competitiveness
The price is fantastic for the comparable quality of other big name brands.
I bought other pans that claimed to be "non-stick" i even bought pricier ones making same claims that failed soon after.
It seems like every time i turn over a favorite cooking pan in my kitchen to see what brand it is it turns out to be a cuisinart!
