Two weeks ago in the middle of cooking dinner openface position it just stopped heating dinner ruined

I logged into amazon to see if there were any reviews that might be helpful there were quite a number of negative reviews around the warranty which i dont recall being there when i ordered the griddler and i feared that i would be in for the same outcome

Im happy to report that the customer service representative with whom i spoke was extremely accommodating helpful she made the process so very easy cuisinart is sending me a new replacement for which i paid 10 for shipping an amount i consider reasonable i am responsible only for cutting off the power cord of the nolongerworking cuisinart along with my contact info and the make and model number of the item

Its quite possible that all the negative reviews put pressure on cuisinart to amend their warranty response
