Pros
Ice cream maker works great and homemade ice cream is way better than store bought. It drops my milk temp by 30 ish degrees instantly which equals extremely yummy goat milk!
One half gallon canister is never enough. Make 2 batches at once. This keeps us from waiting a day in between making the 2 half gallons.
Cons
Cuisinart claims this bowl is made of stainless steel. This is deceptive marketing.

No metal tools, just rinse and immediately put it back in the freezer when you are done making and emptying your ice cream.
