The quality of cuisinart is superb. It has a sleek attractive look and is very well made. Amazon has the best price for it and free shipping!

It only takes 20 minutes to make a batch. The instruction book comes w/enough recipes to get you started. Here's the recipe.

It's so easy to use and easy cleanup. A good silicon spatula is a must to scrape the sides.

Easy to clean and the freezer canisters chilled pretty quickly. Have to keep canesters in freezer however.

Cons

Very dissatisfied. Even using both tubs for one batch did not work" "this machine is a waist of time with poor results.
