Best to freeze the bowl for 12-24 hours and refrigerate the cream recipe overnight. Bowl fits in the freezer easily.

Ice cream turns out nice and creamy, and doesn't get hard in the freezer. It is soft when done, so recommend putting into good containers and freezing for a few hours for a firmer consistency.

Cons

If desiring such a product, recommend buying a different one at a retail store with a good return policy. The material feels cheep and plasticity and flimsy. It basically creates slush!

I got into making sorbet with whatever fruit is on sale at the grocery store since cream prices are insane because of the dairy cartel.

Use it once, i though it would be easier but the cost is higher handmade!

Competitiveness

To use the ingredients can be pricy, but worth the effort and better than any store bought- even hagan daz.

In my mind the only better option would be to get a very expensive unit that has a condenser in it.
