I’ve noticed they insulate well against heat, which is great when i’m working with my cast iron skillet.

Since they are not you do need to be careful to put them on the correct hand so the neoprene is on the inside of the mitt when you are taking items in and out of the oven

I know if i just hold my hands on a screaming hot pan the heat would come through eventually but i dont feel like ruining the gloves and sending myself to the er so ill say for reasonable use in the kitchen these are not only great looking but great in function
