Cleaning is easy there are no openings on the top of the device for material to get into but cleaning between the glass top and the base can be annoying

As far as i can tell the glass top can not be removed to make cleaning easier

The only downside is resetting it to zero requires turning it on and off and if you want to measure in britishus units you have to switch to lb from metric grams every time you reset it

One issue with it is that it is kinda hard to clean under the glass plate if you get any flourdustjamwhathaveyou under there
