Uniform slices are easy for pickles and french fries all come out the same dimensions, better than cutting with a knife!

Used correctly, it will produce a ton of veggies, safely and quickly.

(which i don't bother with)the guard/pusher will not hold a round potato or onion, etc as they're too wobbly.

I haven't been able to try it out with tougher veggies or the julienne blades but my over all expectations are still high!
