Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the 3rd cuisinart mini chopper i have purchased over the course of approximately 15 years. This little food processor is full of power and does a great job of mincing and chopping in the kitchen.
Would highly recommend it to anyone and will be purchasing as gifts. Takes up little counter or shelf space, and if you don't make a mess, easy to clean. The setup is also very simple and the design to locks into place is perfect.
This mini food processor is the absolute perfect size to whip up a batch of pesto. This is a small, 4 cup processor… it work great on herbs like cilantro or basil. It's powerful enough to process all my small batches from sambal olek to hummus to chop... Read More
Cons
This blender is smaller and lighter, but when turning it on it jumps around the counter. Every part of it is cheap plastic, even the base. No hellmans for me.
Mayonnaise impossible. Lid has no opening to slowly drizzle olive oil. You also have to keep holding the button while it works.

Price
It was way less expensive than my previous model and way more light, but was the perfect size for the amount of food i am mixing.
It was cheaper to purchase a new chopper than the plastic bowl (go figure).
I cannot complain because of the price though i wish it had better grind power.
Competitiveness
This 4-cup size is much better/more convenient, for chopping small amounts of herbs and veggies, than my 11-cup cuisinart.

Doesn’t have a lot of “extras” but does well with grinding or chopping

The 4 cup size is nice for most people large enough to make a batch of hummus for 24 people but not industrially sized for pro cooks
