Pros

These are very sturdy and built to last! The amazing sears and caramelization are worth it. It was shipped and delivered earlier than expected. The set was securely packaged and had no damage.

Pans are amongst the best pans i have found for use on an induction cooktop. The brushed/satin combination is very attractive and our pots and pans still look pretty new. With the use of metal utensils there has been no scratching or abrading.

Quite impressive. Highly recommended.

Always preheat and do it from a lower temp. Preheating the pan closes the micro pores, making a smooth surface.

Set is dishwasher safe though you may want to give them a scrub to keep the shine. They clean easily with just a little soaking.

Cons

Everything sticks to these pans, nothing cooks properly. We love this set but are returning it because the 4 quart saute pan does not include a helper handle. I am very discouraged though because everything sticks like crazy and they are so hard to cl... Read More
