Pros
Well made and easy to use. Keeps temperature nicely heated but not scalding. Easy to clean. Only one no on/off switch. Solved the problem with a timed electric plug outlet.
Nothing beats a perc machine for the full flavour. Perc machines perk the coffee at a hotter temperature which brings out the flavour. Normal paper coffee filters for drip coffee machines also work.

Don't get ripped off. Buy one of the cheaper makes. Do not recommend this one.
Clearly cuisinart's customer service is abysmal. Phoned twice, on hold 30 then 60 minutes. I would have had to send them in to get any kind of warranty.
