Pros
Most of my kitchen small appliances are cuisinart. The stainless steel outer cover has a solid feel to it. Not flimsy like so many out there.
Cons
The can must be precisely aligned in order for the lid to be removed. There is no way to tighten it. It pokes a hole in the top and then pushes the can out of the mechanism, onto the counter.
A disgrace for cuisinart named product.
A ripoff. Not worth paying postage to get fixed. Had to go to a handheld opener, and no problem. Have contacted cussinart but have not heard back at this time.
