Pros
The removable bowl is great, especially since you can just pop it right in the dishwasher. It's a perfect gadget as far as i'm concerned. The cup is removable, for easy cleaning.
It grinds cinnamon stick to flax seeds. It gives you a decent amount of control over how fine or coarse a grind you want. One problem i found is during grinding, i experience some spill of the content on my counter top.
Cons
Spice grinder worked for 2 months, then broke. Returned product, received rude, cold phone call. It's a defective item. This is common defect in this product.
Last thing i recommend is to buy this item! This product claims to be precisely for this purpose. The quality has gone down drastically and will now be taking my business elsewhere. You have been warned.

The gap between bowl and lid means some fine particles fly over the rim and lodge themselves between the bowl and the base

Also the blade part that attaches to the base is loose when not locked in
