Pros

It's a nice-looking, sleek machine that's worth the counter space. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for those sleepy mornings.

Single-serve option is perfect for customizing my brew to match my mood. Can control the brew strength with 5 different settings. I have it preset to turn on before i get up so it’s a quick brew.

If you're a coffee lover, this machine is a game-changer. It's the cadillac of kcup coffee makers. Funny, i have a cuisinart toaster oven that’s 20 years old and still going strong.

Cons

Cuisinart coffeemaker stopped working at the 2 year point. Customer service suggested unplugging and restarting the machine, which does nothing. Warranty not upheld, no refunds unless purchased directly from manufacturer.

This thing is garbage. Now i have to hold it closed everything. Will no longer but cuisinart. This thing is junk.
