After two months, it's super sticky. The pans non stick is a joke and it makes it hard to clean with the ridges. Will be tossing this one in the garbage.

Update: after one year's use i am still very impressed with the quality of this product.

The tray cools down pretty quick but heats up very fast with burners on medium/low.

I would note that the size of the pots and pans in this set are not excessively large
