I would've given it 5 stars but the timer on the pizzelle press isn't always the best to follow if you want your pizzelles slightly brown.
The photo shows my greasy press- grease is from the pizzelle batter.
Competitiveness
It makes smaller pizzelles which provides a nice size cookie.
Ps i've owned many pizzelle press and this is my best one in 45 years or preparing pizzelle.
Overall though it is a good and solid pizzelle maker.
It also heats up very quickly do you can start making your pizzelles right away!
