Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the nicest grater that i have ever used. Am thrilled at its quality. This thing kicks *.
Very hefty. Price is high but the unit is very sturdy. It is more expensive but worth every penny.
This is the most substantial stainless sreel grater i have found. Seems to wear well and no rusting. The bumpers are securely mounted and function well.
This grater is dishwasher safe, can be safely scrubbed if needed. It is sharp, so you probably want to keep it in the bag it came in and not in a drawer.
This grater is perfect for hash browns. Try using it to make some very harty hashbrowns.
Cons
This is not to say that one cannot develop a particular skill with this grater to manage its shortcomings. But the first attempt won't be a success.
