Pros

Williams sonoma is the best place to buy a pair of these. They have everything else in the designed perfected. I have no complaint.

At $10, this beats anything from oxo. Even the locking ring is comfortable to use. A little more ergonomic. Design has been updated to help avoid pinching fingers.

Locking mechanism looks solid and feels unbreakable. The little locking mechanism is easy to activate (push down to 'unlock'). But i think this is because we have a weak dishwasher.

Stainless steel is easy to clean and scalloped tips make it easy to grab most foods. Feels like an extension of your hand when working in hot frying pans. Back to mail online home asap! Back to the page you came from.

They are very sturdy and great for the bbq. They don't flex or bend when you use them for larger items. They are the perfect weight, they have a nice fluid movement, and they don't rust.

Cons

The cuisipro web site, the amazon pictures, and even the cu isipro product guide attached to the end of the product shows the curved shaft.
