Pros

This roasting rack is the best. I typically only roast a turkey 2-3 times a year, but when i do they are usually well over 10 lbs. Makes lifting a turkey or a roast of beef so easy.

Love this rack. Works like a charm. This is fantastic.

Everything about this product is excellent and it is reasonably priced too.

Cons

The coating looks really cheap and spray-painted without high-quality curing process. One has to wonder if the coating is toxic. Mais quel deception après ma première cuisson la peiture ou le recouvrement s'enlevait toute.

This worked fantastic and, with the rod holding it together so easy to remove, it was wonderful.

Easy to put together and dishwasher safe.

The fact thst it vomes apart makes it very usefull as solid racks do not fit alot of pans.
