Pros

For this price, it's a definite recommend. The only disappointment is there was a hairline crack in the bottom of it. My only regret is that i didn't buy this item sooner.

Made the best thanks giving turkey gravy with virtually no fat. Used this to make my turkey soup. Makes removing herbs and vegetables from broth so easy. Gravy now remains healthy!

Cons

This means only a tiny trickle - if any - stock comes out the bottom. It is also very slow to drain when the lever is pressed. I have to use a fork to push the bottom plug up manually which is a huge pain.
