Pros

Bought this tool to make roux in non-stick pans. Works great for making gravy and sauces. Good to have this tool back in the cooking utensil collection.

It is sufficiently stiff and sturdier than others i have seen in stores. Washes well in the dishwasher. Works great and cleans like a dream.

This is the best whisk i have found. This whisk is perfect for cooking sauces on the stovetop.

Everything as advertised. Had one. Wore it out after 20+ years. Pleased with this purchase.
