Pros

The cuisipro 12 locking tongs are perfect -- durable and well designed. I prefer them even to my all clad tongs, which are very good.

There's something different about my original pair from years ago, purchased at williams sonoma. I purchased a spare for myself and two other pairs for family. These fit the ticket at a very reasonable price.

Strong, the scalloped ends grip things well, the hinge works smoothly. Just the right tension on the spring. A little heavier, a little more ergonomic.

They are the only ones i have found that the hinge is strong enough to withstand a lot of use. They are super simple but well made and don't flex or bend when you use them for larger items. These clean easily and can take plenty of *.

Cons

The cuisipro web site, the amazon pictures, and even the product guide attached to the end of the product shows the curved shaft. Disappointed in quality not as heavy duty as my old pair.
