Ive had this thing for a couple of years and when i first got it i had some regrets that i didnt get the official microplanegetting sucked into the idea of two levels of grating instead

I thought id sacrificed the stability of the microplanes flat end thats helpful when trying to hold the thing at a 45degree angle while grating something over a cutting board for instance
