This machine has a timer and alarm that beeps gently when it is time to turn it off and put your yogurt in the fridge.

I've found that reusing yoghurt culture doesn't work as reliably.

I use westsoy unsweetened soy milk which i buy by the case, and yogourmet starter.

Because the yogurt is prepared in 6oz containers, it is really easy to grab and go for lunch.

No way does the included directions make 8- 6oz containers.
