Bought this to use with the cuisinart yoghurt maker, it works like a charm.
Once i left it in much longer (24 hours) and then made a low-fat cheesecake with the yougurt cheese.
Wow, i thought i was really going to like this product, when i got it, i just couldn't wait to use it, what a product!
Price
The price was definitely better than any restaurant supply stores carry.

I make my own yogurt cheese and was using a small sieve and cheesecloth.

Lining the basket with butter muslin fixes that and 2 the basket doesnt hold the contents of a whole carton of yogurt a frustration which could have been avoided with a bit of planning

It accommodates a 650 g container of greek yogurt which i measured to be 3 cups 24 fluid ounces so that would only be three quarters of a one quart container but around here they sell regularyogurt in 750 g containers that might just barely fit
