The only thing i don't like about it is that you have clean it by scrubbing parallel with the blades or you shred your sponge/dishcloth.

My other grater took forever to grate the food stuck in and to the grater giving me little to work with and it didnt clean well

If you push too hard id imagine those would break and the measuring cover wouldnt stay on just watch a williams sonoma video and youll see what i mean

The cuisipro cover clips around the edge of the blade and not around the rubber grip at the end

The cover clips have no pressure exerted on them as you grate
